We know that volunteering for the 1st time can be intimidating & stressful. We have made every effort to make the volunteering process as easy as possible. There will always be a board member on site if there are any questions you may have and you will never be the only volunteer in concession. We encourage anyone who has not volunteered before to please complete the basic volunteer application and stop by for a mini training session.  

What to expect when you are volunteering in concession

Grill Operator: Turn on and Operate ALL Cooking Equipment, Season & Cook Hot Foods such as Hotdogs and Hamburgers, Clean Cooking Equipment. (Must be over 18 years old)

Greeter: Greet ALL Patrons With a Smile, Assist with Menu Item Description and Take Orders. (Must be 13 years old and over)

Food Preparer: Wrap Burgers / Hotdogs from Roller or Warmer, Serve French Fries, Prep Nachos, Popcorn etc. (Must be over 13 years old) 

Cashier - Ring ALL Cash or Credit Purchases on the Register

Home Run Runner: Grab Drinks from Cooler, Grab Chips, Grab pickles from Fridge, Refill Chip Roller and Run to get anything else that would be helpful to the Concession Volunteers. (12 years and older)

*The manager or board member will place till in the register drawer and and all other machines
*The closing volunteer, along with manager or board member will place Deposit in Safe and close down the register, as well as ensure all machines are in the off position
