Seasonal Volunteer Roles
These roles are especially needed during the season for games, practices, and events.

Concession Stand
Help with game-day concessions, setup, cleanup, and general customer support.

Umpire
Umpires help keep games safe, fair, and fun. Experience is helpful but not required.

Team Manager
Leads the team’s practices and games, supported by assistant coaches and team parents.

Assistant Coach
Supports practice stations, player development, and game-day coaching duties.

Team Parent
Helps with communication, logistics, snack schedules, and team organization.
League Operations and Year-Round Support
These roles help strengthen the league behind the scenes and are needed year-round.

Sponsorships
Outreach to local businesses, sponsor fulfillment coordination, and relationship management.

Marketing
Help promote registration, events, and league updates through digital and print channels.

Public Relations
Support community outreach, partner relationships, and league messaging.

Legal / Lawyer
Provide guidance on policies, contracts, waivers, and general legal questions as needed.
