Registration for Union Park Little League is completed online through our official registration system.
Families are encouraged to register early to assist with planning teams, coaches, and field usage.
If you are unsure which division to select, register for the age-appropriate division. Final placement is determined
through assessments where applicable.
Who Can Register
- Players meeting Little League age requirements
- Players who live or attend school within the Union Park Little League boundary
- Players league age 7 and under may register regardless of boundary
Eligibility is verified during registration and prior to postseason play.

- Player name and date of birth
- Parent or guardian contact information
- Emergency contact information
- Payment method
Additional Documents
- Medical release form
- School enrollment form or proof of residence (if applicable)
- Proof of age for All-Stars and tournament eligibility

Player Assessments and Team Placement
Player assessments are conducted for applicable divisions to help create balanced teams and ensure appropriate placement.
Assessments are not tryouts and are not used to exclude players.

Fees and Refund Policy
Union Park Little League is a nonprofit, volunteer-run organization. Registration fees help cover uniforms,
equipment, insurance, field usage, and league operations.
Once teams are formed and uniforms are ordered, full refunds are not available.
